NeutrapH is preparing to launch in Welverdiend, Bushbuckridge. This notice explains the website enquiry process.

What the form does

The form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your details to a NeutrapH website database. WhatsApp receives the draft when you open its link; your email application receives an email draft. You must complete sending in the chosen application for NeutrapH to receive the enquiry.

Information used for your enquiry

Your name, chosen contact details, optional area, service interest and message allow us to understand and respond to your request. Do not send identity documents, payment-card details, a full delivery address or sensitive personal information through this form. Registering interest is not a marketing subscription.

External services

WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own policies. The website also loads fonts, social icons and a map from external providers, which receive connection information when those resources load.

For questions about an enquiry or to request correction or deletion of details you have sent, contact info@neutraph.co.za. Retention periods and any future customer-account or payment processing will be described before those services are introduced.
